Giving Thanks. . .Thanksgiving!

I just wanted to put some props out there to the community I joined rather accidentally two years ago.

Thanks to Wayne, for running this forum and selling a lot of parts, many of which I need and will buy.

Thanks to the guys (Al Gore, I think?) who invented the internet and made the technology behind this community a reality.

Thanks to the folks who show up at the Boulder Coffee and Cars, and Mike Ferg who started that whole thing. It's been really cool!

Thanks to Willie and Speedo and the other folks who've braved the cold, early mornings and lack of coffee (well, at the start) to do the Colorado Canyon or other runs.

Thanks to all of you, the experts and those who aren't so expert, but still share your knowledge and love of all things P-Car.

And thanks to God or fate or something else, that I didn't get totally screwed when I bought my '75 targa on Craig's list for $3000 on a whim because I'd always wanted one, and didn't know about a PPI or this forum or anything else, only that the price seemed "right"

Have a great holiday season, everyone. And when I come back from a holiday vaction, I'll post some pics of my car with my new (to me) Fuchs that I bought here: F/S Porsche wheels 5x130 and which just arrived today! Which leads me to one more thank you. Thanks, Alex, for the nice deal on the good wheels.

THE $3000 IMPULSE BUY (that I'm thankful in a funny kind of way for)

All the best

---

I am thankful for the advice I have received on the forum, and I am grateful that Wayne takes half my income in exchange for parts for my 86 cab!

My main thanks this year is that my wife was able to spend it with me.
Many of you would understand that statement. I know this because many of you have contacted me with your support and helpful information.
Thank you.
