The problem is bad caps in the power supply. Fairly common problem. I have probably 75 or 80 of them where I work that did the same thing. they are CTX. I repalced the electrolytic caps in the power supplies and they are fine. cost me around 10 or15 bucks to fix each one. They dry out and swell up and the value changes...easy fix. The top of them shoud be flat and alot of times they will swell and the top gets rounded off. Be on the safe side and change them all.
