Quick Question on ROW differences

Friend just picked up an ROW (ZZZ) 86 coupe. IS the 915 gear box in it the same at the US market 915 box for 1986?

No,
US versions have 915/73 3.1818 1.7777 1.2608 1.000 0.7895 w/o cooler
RoW versions have 915/72 3.183 1.8333 1.2608 0.9655 0.7631 w/ cooler

both have 8:31 cwp

It should also have the 930/20 engine with the 10.3-1 compression. It's a nice HP bump over the US versions.

THanks... this is a total project car and the gear box is pretty rough, just wondering about a total swap or if its worth rebuilding this one.
