Fuel filter line question

I am reinstalling my engine after too long on an engine stand and the upper connection for the fuel filter is not apparent. Can somebody help me figure out the connection to the top of the filter? It looks like it should be obvious (and it probably is) but does anybody have pics or a good description of where the line comes from?

Thanks

One of the top fittings on the accumulator goes down and into the bottom of the filter.

It's the connection for #16 in the schematic - the one that shows no connection. Below is a pic that shows the connection I am looking for.

Should be a platic line with a curved metal end coming out from behind your cruise module?
It's the supply line to the back of the CIS. Near a "tee" Mounted to the #3 intake runner stud.
The tee lines go to return line to tank and bottom of accumulator.
May be the fitting lying just below the lower accumulator fitting to the right in your picture.

Still cannot locate it! The fitting you see in the pic fits to the bottom of the accumulator. May need to go by the local Porsche shop and see if I can see if he has an SC he is working on.

Not sure you are saying that it is a line coming from behind the cruise control module or it comes from the #3 intake runner. Either case I do not see anything?

I think you are looking for this:

also, you can look at the diagram above, it is at the end of #13.

On mine, a 78 SC, it is a bendy hard plastic line that comes out from the back of the CIS. I just took mine all apart and the CIS is over on the bench. HTH

That is the one you want.
On my '78 it runs from filter down behind intake 3 and then behind cis to the fuel distributor.
