OT: Pelican buying experience.........

just a comparison between Pelican and a competitor (starts with an "a" ends with an "n") ....I just placed on order from both companies and here's my observation.

After placing the order I got confirmation of it via email from both companies, as always Pelican emailed again with shipping info and tracking number, the other one did not and still waiting from them. I'm in Norcal, placed the order Dec. 8, I've already received the order from Pelican, the other one not yet. (both are in California) I'm a long time Pelican customer and would have ordered both parts but for some reason the other part I need Pelican says will ship after 5 days. I wanted to do everything this weekend. I guess I should have waited next weekend, lesson learned.

So, as a fellow business owner with the same standards for customer service, props to Wayne and his organization. They really know how to take care of their customers.

Now where's my "discount web certificate" need to order my sport exhaust before x'mas

And that is one of the many reasons I choose to buy from Pelican first! Thanks Wayne!

The other guy?
I don't even bother wasting my time, besides the prices are high especially when shipping to Hawaii.
I've had my moments with PP, but Wayne and his staff has always pulled through.

And I'm not sure, but I don't think you'll get those nice surprise gift certificates for a discount...I just got a $100 off certificate.....j/k
However I did receive a $10 off a $50 purchase just for being a repeated customer!

Another great feature about PP that I really appreciate, is they will ship USPS, most places will not...now about their "free shipping" offer PP needs to work on that for Hawaii...

Mahalo Wayne & Staff!

I'm always shocked how fast Pelican delivers when I order something. Not sure how they do it...
