I have no spark on the plugs.

No 12v on the coil

The fuse's are ok

The cdi box is making noise, seem the be ok.

The motor is cranking but won't start.

Anyone that can help my

Just in case your mistaken about no spark, check for a back fire valve in the air box. Very common problem having the valve pop open on a back fire and not closing/sealing. If the painter is not used to CIS this could of happened.

No sir,
I wasnt very clear about that. An open pop valve will keep the engine from running but you should still have spark. Does the ignition box make a high pitch whine with the key on?

Plus one for pop of valve. If it has blown. SOmetimes it will be sitting in airbox and needs to be reglued! Won't start if it is not closing.

Check the electrical plugs on the electric panel in the engine compartment. The color sanding can cause the water/paint to cause the contacts not to make a good connection or connection at all.

I actually had the same thing happen before and spent hours trying to find the cause. I couldn't believe it was such a simple problem.

Good luck and let us know.
