82 911 sc power windows not working
82 911 sc power windows not working
It's not the fuse. And I have not investigated too much as of yet. What I know: working one day not the next. Both are not working so the problem has a central location. Is there a relay for this? |

Cant wait to see what others have to say, I have the same problem on my 85 cab.
I have replaced:
So far, no change. Being only a "nice day top down car" it hasn't been on the top of my priority list. Thanks Jack

There is a relay for sure. Mine was missing, and the windows worked anyway, just not very long. Never understood how.... Much better now...

relays
Relays on order. Seems that the weather has been a part of losing a fuel pump relay as well others. Every good P-Car owner should have an extra set anyway so I ordered several.
I can be taught. parts will be in tuesday so I guess I will just use the heat sparingly until I can roll down those windows. If it would quit raining I would take the top off and run with the windows stuck in the up position. Weather man is being a jerk in Alabama and calling for more rain. We have had enough for now and should save some for the yearly drought during the summer. will have to call him and get him to change his forecast. Right???????? |
