Are these the correct struts and housings for my 72 T?

It depends on whether or not you want to stick w/ the stock M calipers or not. If it were my car I'd want to switch to A or S calipers and Bilstein struts.
The difference between the M struts and A/S struts is the caliper mounts, 3" for M and 3.5" for A/S The part # for the '73 S/Carrera A/S Bilstein strut is 911.341.041.33 /L and .042.33 /R

Plan on keeping the brakes as is (I think the M stock ones are still on there).

Then you probably only need the Boge inserts, unless the strut itself is damaged
