Carrera Chain Tensioner Update Kit

hi, i need an advice
i have an 2.0S engine european model , so without the smog pump, from 1968.
i want to upgrade with the carrera chain tensioner. i saw on pelikan that they have a complete kit for sell.
now i read in different books that early aluminium case are not suited for this kit and in ther books they write it suits engines from 1968 on... so i am a little bit lost...
can anyone tell me if that kit fit and i dont need any peace more or if not could you tell me wath kind of pieces i need to do this upgrade on my engine??

thanks
steve

There is a couple differences as there was 2 cases being run that year. I would count the # of nuts needed on the chain box cover then you would know if it was later or earlier case.
The tensioners wont work on the chain covers are aluminum of the early style. Make sure you have safety guards on the pre carrera tensioners

10 and 11 make it the later style so you can use the Carrera option but you might need to find the longer right cam oil line because I dont think they are part of the package as they use to be.
