lift question
does anyone by chance know the length between the front and rear lift points? i may have found an older scissor lift but it does not have adjustable arms, rather just large lift areas. i am trying to find out if it will work or not before i go to look at it tomorrow.

thanks but i don't think i am reading that right. if i were to subtract D from C to get the difference it comes out to 350mm, or 13.8 inches, which i know can't be right. this is the lift i am going to look at tomorrow (too late for tonight) and as you can see there are no moving arms just the 2 platforms.
![]() i was thinking that if it is long enough i could just use some small wood blocks on top of the platforms for lifting the 911 but without knowing the length under the car between lift points i am dead in the water.

That would be about 6.5" on each side. Sounds about right to me. The "D" points are the rear jack pad locations on a Carrera, not sure how that would relate to your SC.

You want the measurement from the front to the rear jacking points, correct?
C and D are widths. M is the distance between the front and rear jack points (C and D) 1215mm
