Those are not paint codes.

I've seen similar stickers on BMWs, used when there has been a recall or an update done by the factory/dealership to the car. For example, on a BMW I owned, BMW ended up replacing all of the distributors with one with a different curve. After they did that, they put a sticker on the car that looked a little like the one you have.

"E" could also stand for "eintwiken" (spelling WAY, WAY off), which is the German word for "development". That would, I think, be consistent with factory updates, "development" can mean update.

But, that's just a guess.

These E´s inside a circle are a symbol of some sort of European standard. So I guess all your codes are about different parts / systems conforming certain standards.

At least here in Finland all the light lenses have to be e-marked. If you import a vehicle from the States, normally the lenses have to changed to the e-approved items.

Hello

These are the ECE approval stickers.
Needed for custom and registration within the EC. The left sticker is for the light equipment and the horn the right one is for the heating system.
The moved later inside the trunk near the Typschild.

Hallo

Entwickeln ( to do it, developing ) Entwicklung ( product, development ) Entwickeln can be direct translatet in final wraping ( german for runaways ).

The E in the circle stands for Economic Commission for Europe the little number for the country where the parts where produced/approved
