PM FXEditor. We just dropped his 3.2 complete last weekend and I'm sure he will measure it for you. We had to take it off his lift to do it because his lift is only 32 wide between platforms. I believe he said we needed 39 , but I would not start dropping the engine on my shoddy memory. Steve

Oh boy! I have a mid rise scissors lift and was looking to get a four post lift. If engine drops can't be done I have to rethink what i'm going to do.

Four posters are very difficult for 911 engine drop. just do it without the lift.

That is what I worried about with a 4 post when I was looking at lifts- engine drops... I decided on a mid rise and have not looked back. I have heard of some guys just hanging the rear end off the 4 post lift. I have not seen that done though.
