Can you imagine shorting a equity at 210.00 and the price go's up to 1000.00, in no time your out 790.00 a share if you can't get out fast enough ouch. I thought investing was a risk. If you take a short position and you loose tough luck. I hope the suit get's nowhere.

what a bastardized stew of greed and manipulation the publicly traded stock markets have become.
imo as soon as you can do something OTHER than buy or sell the equity security itself the whole purpose of the mechanism is discarded.
