16" rims and 993tt brakes?

Anyone knows if there are any porsche/other 16" rims that will clear the 993tt/big red breakes? or is 17" the only way to go?

Thanks
Rune H

There were a few BBS modular racing wheels that would barely clear these 322mm brakes but 17" wheels are recommended, especially for good tire choices.

you can do 993 brakes with 16" fuchs - but only if they are the 951 variety.

993 are much smaller than 993RS//tt

as Steve said radially there is barely enough room axially they are much more limited and few wheels could accommodate them. It's not a good design practice to run the brakes that close to a wheel anyway, it does terrible things to the tires.
