If she runs as good as she looks, you've got a sweet ride... Congratulations.

In response to Murphyjp -
I found the car in Wisconsin in December. I know it is a crazy time of year to buy a car like this.(winter). Had it shipped after the first of the year to a shop by were I live and they went over the car. Some miner tweeks needed to be done, but overall very good condition. The trans and engine very sound. The mileage is 72,000 original. I 'm the forth owner. The person I bought the car from only had it for about a year and a half. The car does have some issues that I will attend to. The biggest to me, thought not noticable, is that in some point in this cars life it was put on a lift and was not spaced correctly and there are dents in the bottom of the rockers. That might be next winters project. I really dont intend to track or Auto X the car but might look into some DE at some point in time. The car is stock though I might look into a SSI set later on. At this point I'm thinking of keeping it pretty stock, maybe some miner suspension tweeks. Not sure yet. But I'm sure I will good advice from this forum for the car.
I forgot to mention that it did have a paint job a number of years back. Its very good, not moldings off etc, but looks very good. Interior is very good also, a small seam opened up on the drivers seat that I am getting restiched. Other than that very clean inside.
The most important thing that I forgot to mention is that I was lucky enough to get my WIFE on board with this purchase! So life is good for the time being!!!

Very nice clean car but the whaletail IMO detracts from the car. I know-personal preference.

When I started looking for a car, I was trying to find a coupe without a whale tail. I really just like the lines of the car. I saw many with the "Carrera Tail" and it sort of grew on me. Some of the aftermarket tails are a little out of hand. The carrera tail is clean and stock so it was a good compromise for me.

I do not own a Carrera, but from everything I have read and learned from this forum, you should not waste your money on SSI's for that car, unless you are only after a nicer looking exhaust. Your money would be better spent on a chip (Steve Wong) and a performance muffler (M&K etc) from a performance enhancement standpoint.

beauiful car and welcome!

Beatiful. That car was located in Eau Claire?
I wondered where it ended up.
