Well how do you make all those faces.. with the beer mugs!!! and also is there a key to know them all? how to make them animate?? well any advice is great!

When starting a topic or reply, look to the left of the text window and you'll see a link of "Smiles Legend". Click it, choose the "smilie" you want, copy or write a the "What to write" column text in to your text in the start topic/relpy text window and there you have it

They are called sprites. There is a program to make them but I do not know what it is

They are called emoticons, and you can insert the correct URL and get the effect.
