I checked their website but their prices are more expensive than their retailers ...
Know of one retailer who advertises on this forum but he seems too busy to return my phone calls or emails so i'm looking for other suppliers !

Thank you !

Eric Shea good guy to deal with. I bought some Porterfield pads from him last year on a group buy.

One of the best, and if you are considering an upgrade from your boge struts to get better front brakes don't bother here is an alternative.

I wouldn't say that they are "so special" as there are brake pads that are better. The reason I use Porterfield is they are really, really good for the price. Most of the 'next step up' pads are double the price.

Another helpful thing is they have pads for anything. If they don't have a stock number for a pad they will custom reline your pads for a real reasonable price.
I use R4S pads on my crappy Nissan pickup truck (I can't get them to fade anymore!) and they relined my 911 emergency brake shoes for a lot less then a replacement.

I'm doing a 996 caliper conversion on my 89 Carrera and from what i read it seems the Porterfield R4S brake pads are highly recommended for street use as they give out very low brake dust and they don't squeal under braking ...
The price is good as compared to other brands !

I like porterfield and have excellent results using their R4 on the track and their R4s on the street. There seems to be a sweet spot (like most brake pad manuf)
