Porsche Crest Front strut swap question

I hope to swap the entire front end of my hotrodded 914 onto my swb 911 because the 914 already has uprated Tbars, bushings and shocks. However, I want to keep the vented discs on the 911, as the 914 only has solids. (It is a 1968 Euro 911 with the narrow brake caliper bolt spacing and vented disks).
Question: Can I simply swap the hub and brake assemblies between the two types of struts?
They both have the early ball joint setup so I think they may have the same type of struts already, but am not sure. (The current A-arm rig on the 914 was originally from a donor 911, but I don't remember if I also swapped the struts at that time or not). I'm not sure if there might be hub/brake compatibility issues if the struts are still the 914 type. Any thoughts are appreciated.
Thanks,
D

Hello

There are two different torsion bar theets around.
If the king pin is the same you can swap the needed parts.
If not you have to change them as well.

The 914/6 had ventet rotors in front too so you must have 914/4 struts. Other bearings and caliper hole pattern.
