1983 SC engine surge!
so just did a tranny swap in my 83 SC for the first time, and now my engine seems to surge between 2 and 300 RPMs when idling. what was forgoten? vacum line? air in the fuel system?..
going to change plugs, and check 02 sencor first but if this is an obvious clue to some of you guys, info would be great! thanks

Most vacuum leaks in the CIS cause increase in rpm, unless there real big. Check timing and the idle adjust nut. Might have bumped it when removing/installing engine. Check all the fuel pressures also.
