Ready for a drive!! Gratuitous pics.

Changed the oil tonight, wiped her down, and I'm all set for the driving season. WOOHOO!!!

I put a whopping 5200 miles on it last year. It's not perfect but it looks good, runs great and still gives me that same feeling even after 10 years of ownership.

Where in Michigan could you live and have a water heater in the Garage?

I only saw that setup on the west coast!

Yep, we had some good rains over the weekend. More to come later this week.

byfdinky--the w/h is just fine, per local building code, in the garage. I asked the same question when we had the house inspected. The furnace is in there as well.(I forgot to close my folding door. I keep it open to heat the garage during the winter.)

The house was built in the 50's and the garage added in the 80's.

Sorry Wayne, I was just joking with you! I have mine in the basement with a blanket around it!
Do you think we had enough rain yet to wash away that salt?

WHAT IS THAT COLOR?!? That has got to be the most beautiful blue I've ever seen on a Porsche. Is it stock/original?

Edit: Oops...nevermind. I just read your sig line. More pics in the sunlight please!

That's what I'm talking about too! Take her out and yeah...you're right, that good 'ol feeling driving her never seems to dull!! She'a a beauty in that colour with 7&8's! Mine'a all clean and ready to be driven out, we get ALOT of salt up here on the roads but the heavy rains this past week should have washed away most of it.

Your car can't wait

I love the color of your euro. Can you hear it? Can you hear the back roads calling? I got mine out this past weekend, 72 sunshine and dry roads. New pics in Garage taken Sat. at park.

I WISH we we had a basement. We are talking about adding a couple of rooms to the house and I think we could include a basement in that project.

As requested: It's been repainted by a PO and I think it's just a hint lighter than factory Pacific Blue. It is the EXACT color 911 I was looking for.
