3.2 Carrera heater crossover pipe

Hey guys,
Does anyone know the outer diameter of the heater crossover pipe between heat exchangers on the 3.2 Carrera heat exchangers?
Is it 3” OD?
I’m considering using this heater crossover tube for my 993TT heat exchangers, with some minor modding to make it fit.
Thoughts?

Pic of my heat exchangers whilst its on a hoist:

Its closer to 2.5" OD. That is the size of scat tubing i bought a few years ago to connect everything.

I just happen to have one handy. Let me know if you need any other measurements.

Thank you. Was looking at the port that interconnects with the heat exchanger.

I think that’s 65mm too.

The 993TT heat exchangers have a 3,0” OD port.

Might have to use a reducer to interface them or modify the Carrera crossover pipe by flaring it from 65mm OD to 75mm OD.

You might have to cut it to fit the headers like my B&B's.
I'm trying to find the orange ones.

Yeah I figure there will need to be some fine adjustments (cutting and re-welding) needed to make it line up properly with my 993TT heat exchanger’s inlet ports.

My fabricator will definitely need to flare out the pipe ends from 65mm to 75mm so it mates properly.

Are these crossover pipes aluminium or SS?

I don’t have it in hand to check. Ordered one off eBay.

Not aluminum, I thought regular steel, but I'll check.
