upholstering door panels and rear shelf in plaid, TIPS and PICS

This was a rather longish process to describe so I did it on my blog.

everything looks gorgeous. you say that the Coroplast is easy to bend, but could it be bent into a complex shape? as in if somebody would want to make rear interior quarter panels?

That stuff bends really well one direction, but not so well the other. It's kinda like corrugated cardboard, except it's plastic. I suppose if you heated it up, it might become more flexible in the "off" direction...
