I used Intercity lines many many years ago to get my car form California to the East Coast. They were great to deal with, the car arrived promptly and was well cared for.

do a search, this was discussed just a few weeks ago with many people sending in recommendations. I'm sure you will find what you need.

Like nazgul commented, do a search. You'll wind up with two companies named most often: Dependable Auto Shippers (DAS) and Intercity. DAS is cheaper. Intercity is better. You'll get mixed reviews on DAS; some liked it, others didn't. Most people (>95%?) had excellent service with Intercity.

My $0.02 from having moved cross-country 4 times: You get what you pay for. This industry is totally unregulated. Best of luck.

Intercity or Fedex/Passport are good.

Whatever you do, avoid Horseless Carriage.

Intercity is expensive as hell. At least they were when I got a quote. I ended up using SWAT (Safeway Auto Transport). Very nice guys and professional. Very communicative and up front - and about 1/3 what Intercity wanted. I did get the car back minus my sideview mirror glass, but that wasn't their fault (came off during the journey, could have happened with anyone).

I have also used DAS in the past with good results, although a lot of people have had issues with them.

Avoid DAS.
