Wiedman Wheels

Does he widen 15 inch Fuchs? If he does, are they widened from the inside lip or outside lip?

I am thinking of 15x7's being made into 15x9's.

He would be the best person to ask.

Give Harvey a call. I have his 16x8's on the rear of my car that are made from two 16x7's to give the same look from the side. The seam is in the center of the barrel.

So that is how he does it...it makes sense that the rim would not be extended form the outside lip, he extends the middle section.

Thanks

Yeah, give him a call. He widened my rear Deep - 6's to 7's. They fit my 73 Coupe perfect using a 15mm spacer in the rear.

Harvey and his wife joined us at our local Porsche Group breakfast last weekend - he and his wife are good people.

He also refinished my wheels and his wife hand-painted the center caps about 10 years ago - still looks great. Very happy with his work.

Yes, he does and he is very creative. He widened my deep sixes, the front to 7R by splitting the wheels and using a flat six for the back. My rears were also widened, but to 8". This was even more challenging since the flat sixes didn't have enough width to widen the wheels that much. The solution was to use a set of Mercedes alloy wheels, also made by Fuchs for the back of the deep sixes. His work is flawless.
