Will 8s Fit?

Will Fuchs 8x16 et 10.6 fit on the front of a m491? Did a search but only found one person who tried it in 2003. Thanks

I would like to put the 8x16 et 10.6 on the front, running 225/50/16 and putting 9x16 et 15 on the rear with 255/50/16 tires.

I need a temporary wheel tire combo to run on an IROC backdate that has the right look until I can have Lindseys or Zuffenhaus 17s made. I have the wheels but don't have the rubber yet or I would just put them on and see if they fit. Thanks

Dave,

What's M491? Turbo look body? I have an extra set of 8" and 9" fuchs wheels with tires. You could try them on and see how they fit on your car. PM me.

I have 8x16 Fuchs with the offset from an '86 944 Turbo, not sure if that's 10.6.
Tires are 225/50-16 and the car has been lowered. I had to roll the fender lips to stop some minor rubbing.

'Standard' 8x16 Fuchs offset will stick out about a 1/2" more than '86 944 Turbo 8x16 Fuchs.
