Front Torsion Bar Position
I forgot to check when I pulled the bars out...do the ends marked L & R go to the front or the rear. I'm assuming it matters...

For the front, It only matters that the left and right are on the correct side. Not what end is in front. The torsional twist is the same regardless of what end is in front.
If you don't believe me, try this little experiment. take a ruler or stick. Hold it by each end. Point it way from you to make it easier to visualize it as the front torsion bar. Apply a twisting force to it. Front end down, back end up. Now, without releasing any tension, rotate the ruler so the back end is now in front. Notice the force applied remains the same. Front end down, back end up.
