3.0 Turbo case ?

I have this no numbers case from an engine I tore down last year. I thought it was a normal factory replacement for the early Turbo/3.0 Carrera, but it has '0R' ending casting numbers (late '76 date stamp). The other factory replacement turbo/carrera cases I've seen or owned had ending numbers ranging from 2R to 5R and late '79 date stamps. Is this maybe a factory race case, or were those all sand cast aluminum like a 3.0 RSR case?

My 930 case:

Interesting. 930 parts number says it is not one of the 1973 RSR cases made in Aluminum.

Sorry, don't have a pic of that, but can get one. It had a 6 bolt; 70.4mm crank in it, if that's what you'd like to see/know... and 86 mm head stud spacing.
