clutch pedal removal

Any good ideas on how to remove the clutch pedal off the shaft after removing the roll pin when rebuilding the pedal cluster. The pin came out fairly easy with a punch and some PB blaster. So far the clutch pedal isn't budging off the shaft. Thanks Jerry
