They look like American Racing "Torque Thrust" wheels. SOme more info can be found here:American Racing Wheels & Bolt Circle Dimension

Without serial/part numbers, nailing down the year will be difficult.

It's an American Racing Equipement, in 7x15 and 5x130 bolt, the bolt pattern is visible in the wheels when the tire is out !
