2.0 engine question been sitting.

I plan on starting a 911 2.0 engine in two months. The engine has been sitting for two years without air cleaners but covered. I need advise on what to put in the cylinders to loosen the rings? And how to get liquid in through the spark plug hole. Engine is currently out of the car so I can only crank it by hand. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
