What to use for rear window install

Should i lube up the rear window screen new gasket or install it dry, i have read many opinions still dont know what to do. And if i do use lube should it be half water and half glycerin. Im using a 964 seal with no trim.

Window cleaner

I use WINDEX or similar. Just ordinary window cleaner works real well as a lubricant for the rubber. Guess what it cleans up real nice. All the soaps and such can be a pain to clean up. I have done nuerous windows in 23 window vws
