Side window seal removal?

Hi, can anyone tell me how you remove the rubber window to body seal on the rear side windows? I want to removeit, but don't want to damage it.

Thanks

Adam

It's only a press in fit but a TIGHT one. Mix up some soap and water and with a small metal pick like say a nut pick lube a section and get it out of the channel once you get it started just use the soap/water mix and slowly pull it out. Depending on how old and weathered it is may come out whole may not. The tough part will be getting it back in.
