It's not just *any* Barley Wine, it's Rogue Old Crustacean.
What a fine old brew! I "imported" a 6 pack from Bellingham.

<b>"MAKE SURE ALL THE EARLY AND LATE 911 OWNERS WILL BE GREEN WITH ENVY"</b>

See what I mean. You guys think this SC World Domination Plot is just some kind of cute little humorous joke to keep everybody on the Pelican BBS amused. I wonder if Leland really is in the mideast right now. Or is he - <i>maybe</i> - in the Fatherland, on some kind of WDP search & destroy mission. Hmmmm .... Lock up and hide your early and late 911's as a precaution!!

Ahh.. it's a robust brew that demands attention.... possibly medical! :D

To throw a real kink in this.....how about a windshield model.....? One that goes across the top?

patalive 12-16-2001 05:23 AM

So, could someone post the final, winning design? This is all too confusing for us senior members suffering from multiple "senior moments". :D

Thanks!

Is it true that all 911s built prior to 1978 or after 1983 will be forfeited as parts support for the SUPERIOR CAR effort?

cegerer 12-16-2001 08:46 AM

<i>"... as parts support for the SUPERIOR CAR effort?"</i>

Es ist allgemeines Wissen in Deutschland, daß "SC" <b>S</b>afetybumper <b>C</b>ar bedeutet. Nicht Superior Car!!!!

Sorry if we caused you any confusion, Chuck.
The logo shown here is basically what we will be using. Mark (82SC) who is the primary designer, and Bob Tilton have promised to refine the logo to a production-ready state needed for the printers. I will be talking to a few printers next week to finalize details.

That's lovely, island911!
Do you think we could get these turned out (in Titanium) by a sweat shop in Taiwan for a few pennies each? (No? I didn't think so.)

82SC 12-17-2001 05:16 PM

ooo I like the filled in P...like the filled in 9....

in the 911....

MJ

For Bob Tilton...and Doug...the pic of the SC I downloaded was pretty low resolution...when I get my digital camera soon, I will take a high rez photo and make a final SC WDP....but I like tha laser cut idea....just make it out of thin plastic or wood and paint silver...replace the 911SC hahaha...this is great...we should come up with a secret high beam flash so that we know who is in the wDP and who is not...

Let's make Leland number one! I think the record number of posts for any string on this board is over 300. C'mon guys, let's do it....make Leland number 1! Yes, the SCWDP is doomed to fail. But that's another subject I may expound on at a later date.

pwd72s 12-17-2001 06:17 PM

Or not...;)

bob tilton 12-19-2001 05:34 PM

so the "PLOT" thickens. there's about three of us L owners so we may just have our own..err...movement.
