Got an email the other day in my box from the fine folks at Bonhams. The 2010 Quail auction will be held over two days this year, and will include Mike Amalfi's (RIP) collection of cars. These include his Group C Jagermeister car which has a unique carbon fiber chassis, his 910 spyder-but-now-a-coupe, his 908 coupe-but-now-is-a-spyder, and an RSR. Trevor Crisp sent me this link, but you can also find it at Bonham's site, although I called them the other day, and they don't yet have all of their information ready.

The 908 is my all time favorite racer, for most it seems to be the 917, but 908/02 is the dogs bollocks

Wayne - have you by any chance considered running the wine run on the Thursday? I know last year it was a great success for all who took part on Friday, it's just there are so many other things happening on Friday, whereas Thursday is pretty clear of events - just a thought.
