Boys,
The voltage Regulator issue is addressed. The Fuel and Plumbing issues are addressed. Now this: The numb nut I bought the motor from dropped the motor without unplugging the engine harness plug from the CDI board. The result is a series of wires(MALE PLUGS) from the engine harness in no particular order. I have attached a picture of the blank plug. I've also numbered. If anyone can post the correct colored wires and which number they need to correspond to, that would be awesome. Please remember this ia view of the inside (top of the plug)Thanks again guys.

I would suggest that you get a factory wiring diagram for the motor and the car. Compare the two and change the pins. The turbo engine harness is somewhat different than the N/A car harness. That is what I did, and it worked out great.
