How long the turbo tie rod should last?

Hi,
The pair was 2 years old and they look like this.
I drove the car around 5000-6000 miles and another 7 track day events.
Is this the normal wear?
Thanks

What brand were they? Lemforder should not look like that. Mine are five years old with a couple of track days and they still look okay.

There's a set of "ends" on the for sale forum for cheap!

Oil Lines / 28 tube brass Carrera Oil Cooler / Fab Speed / Turbo Tie Rod Ends

I had the same experience as you with ones I bought at what I thought was a great price. Lasted 2 years. Replaced with ones bought from Pelican and have been on for 5 years with no showing of wear.

Yes, it's just the ends that you need, the "Turbo" part is where they connect to the steering rack. Easy cheap fix if you can get the new ones on in the same position, otherwise need to realign..
