964 with fuchs?
Anyone have pics of a widebody 964 with fuchs? I've seen them on a narrow body but not a turbo body. Also do you have any recs on where to buy some nice aftermarkets? Many thanks.

i doubt you have seen OEM Fuchs on a 964. i have seen one 964 on this board a while back that had some off the wall made replicas on it, that quite frankly just dont look right. however, in theory, if you had a narrow body 964, in which you made into a widebody, you could probably get the rears to fit with spacers, not so sure about the fronts though..
as far as aftermarket, look at CCWs.. |

Fuchs will not fit on a 964, the offset is wrong for the body and wheel.
The tire would stick an inch or two OUTSIDE the body. To put a 964 wheel on an SC, you need a 1" spacer on the front and a 2" on the rear, roughly. There are probably Fuchs 'copies' with an offset that would work, though. |

Is not that about the same a
amount we add on spacers when we add turbo fenders to a 911 and we put stock Fuchs on? If so, seems with turbo fenders on a C2 we could run Fuchs w/o spacers. Quote:
