Unhappy Replacing '72 valve adjustment screws?

Successfully adjusted my '72 911T valves for the first time yesterday - only took 6 hours from start to finish!

I'm wondering how to replace one of the swivel valve adjustment screws. Is this major or minor surgery? Anybody done this before, and could give directions? Just wondering if it is possible without removing the rocker - and if it isn't, how do you remove the rocker without major disassembly?

The #4 cylinder intake screw needs replacing - this is the one behind the A/C unit, meaning I spent about 3 of those 6 hours trying to adjust it. The nut would not turn freely around the screw, unlike the other 11. It took some major effort with both the screwdriver and a wrench just to adjust these.

I tried swapping the nut, but it worked fine on another screw. Too bad, that'd be easy to replace...

Thanks!

the rocker arm needs to come out, obviously. the rocker shaft bolt is loosened with a 5mm allen socket, and the shaft slid out enough to clear the rocker. they don't usually just slide out. some levering on the end facing the chain housing is required. a small crowfoot prybar gets it started, then a screwdriver blade behind the crowfoot gets it out more. when the slot in the shaft is exposed, stick a screwdriver in it and tap the screwdriver on the side of the shank, close to the tip, with a small ballpeen to move it more. the a/c compressor must be set aside also for room to work.
