PPI Recomendation in Solon, Ohio

I have a friend that is interested in a car located in Solon, Ohio 44139. The car is a 1988 928 S4. Could anyone recommend a reputable mechanic to have a pre purchase inspection done?

First the Porsche mechanic at that place in Solon (R&H right?) is first in class and well respected in the NE Ohio Porsche community. If you are looking for an independent PPI I recommend Steinel's Autowerks in Twinsburgh, OH, just a 10 min drive from where that 928 is located. Call 330-425-8582 and ask for Andy or Eric. Eric is the owner.

I second JackMan's comments and I would add that Steinel's is a highly-repspected Porsche-only shop that has been in business many years. It's the only place I take my car.

I would recommend Chris Moore from Autobahn Extremist in Avon Lake, Ohio . He has worked on my 83 SC and he truly knows these cars inside and out. Highly recommend.

Guys who work on 911s often don't work on 928s. Make sure your friend understands this distinction.
They are very different cars.
