Why not sell the targa to someone who appreciates it and buy a coupe?

Great handywork but I dont understand why someone would do this.

IIRC, the previous owner had converted the Targa to a flared and updated look. What tomritt did was save a rather desperate looking mess and turn it into a gem.

If the car still looking like the yellow one when I got it, believe me I would have left it as is, but truth be told, the car was miserable and in need of a resurrection when I got it.

Tomritt, or anybody else, I'm curious how much the whole roof clip weighs like that which Tomritt prepared to graft onto his car. Has anybody got an idea or happened to have a weight?

It doesn't weigh much, I'd say around 20 lbs from what I remember

It took a ton of measurements for peace of mind, but in the end the windshield fit just like it normally would, so no wind issues.
