Porsche Crest 911 SC question ( window issue)

Hey Guy's ... I'm new to the forum and need some help...

I just purchased a 1982 911 sc .. The passenger window does not work. When i first drove the car it worked fine but suddenly it just stopped... I switched over the switch from the driver side and still nothing?

The fuse is good...

What do you guy's think?

Remove the switch, and apply voltage and ground to the two wires leading directly to the regulator motor. If nothing, your motor is dead. If it works, your power window relay is dead.

The wires to the motor are green (+) and black (gnd).

I had the same problem with my 83. In my case, the motor was fine and so was the switch. It turned out that the metal tray and arm that carried the window had broken, so the window would get stuck halfway down.
