3.3 Turbo/915 Trans - Which Starter ?

Anyone with this combo. please post the starter you are using. Please be specific with part numbers or details of what you told the parts guys when you purchased. I have a high horsepower domed starter from my former Carrera. It does not fit correctly. There is not adequate clearance inside the bellhousing. Please let me know how you've accomplished the install. Thanks.

I used the stock 3.0 SC starter with my conversion. Had to get a special clutch setup (from Patrick Motorsports) and notch the bell housing for the sensor.

Your Carrera unit should fit.
I called around to see if there might be differences due to the 930 flywheel, everyone said they are all the same.
