Power Seats - two fuses?

Hi,

I have a '79 Targa. The driver side power seat buttons no longer work. Passenger side buttrons work OK. I know for sure that fuse 2 (AC) controls passenger side power seat buttons since when I removed it the buttons stopped working. Does the driver side power seat switches use a fuse other than AC fuse? All other fuses seem to be OK. What could be the problem then? I checked the switches for power with voltmeter, no power.
What amp is the AC fuse supposed to be?
Is there a way to move the seat manually? I need to get the seat out but I cannot unbolt it without moving the seat.

Thanks.
