Is this a MONTy 2 in / 2 out Muffler?

I got this Muffler about 15 or so years ago for about $800 from Australia. It has a great sound and does not resonate inside the car. Has great sound and good power. I am putting it on my 1982 SC (It was on my 1976s.)

Terrance, you are SOO kind!! The outlet pipes WERE Round when I origanally got it. Between scraping them a few times and when the car had the huge accident, where the left side was Flattened / made Oval, I came up with this shape.

Where is a "Dansk" made?? Anyone have a picture of one? Wasn't someome on the M&K thread showing a Pic of a Dansk that was all cracked up?? I also thought it has a Seam around the middle?

The answer is in the name They are made by the Danish company JPGroup.
Pelican have Dansk mufflers, so do a search in the Pelican shop for pictures...

First, the name "Did" sound European. My thought was I have not seen any parts from Poland!. So for sure this is not a Dansk.

1200 is not cheap in anyone's money! $800 15 Years ago, my wife really questioned this. I stated that it would last longer than the non stainless and quieter than a Borla that was not much cheaper. Turns out I may have been right.

Now to see the other threads! Thanks to the Aussies, something really good for a Porsche.

Names can be deceiving though. Maui Jim sunglasses, headquartered in Peoria IL in the shadow of the Caterpillar factory. Oh, the power of marketing.

None, Zero Zip Nada! You would think there would be at least 1 stamping??

This is the First time since I bought it that I actually KNOW what the Name of the Muffler Is?? I looked at every Muffler Made and chose this and I would do it again. If anything I would like it just a few DB's Quieter, but the SOUND it makes is Wood City!

I Appreciate the Help. Now to get my Thick Flange SSI's with 2 Magna Flow Off center Spun Metallic Cats, I think it will then Pass 49 State Emissions. I am having the Cats welded in the Outlet tubes before the Muffler Inlets. With the ends cut off I need about 6.5 to 7 inches of space. The Cats are 4" at Max Diameter. When I get them I will Post the Pics. I also think the Cats will Quiet the Muffler a little and make it perfect.
