jack tube
Hi guys,should the end of the jacktube be flush with the outside of the outter rocker panel? Or how far past should it be? Thanks,T.C.

it's resesed back a little bit, so the plug fits in there flush.

jack tube recess
Here's what mine looked like after replacement. The tail end of it goes pretty far into the box under the seat rail, where it's welded in. It took a little pounding to get it fully seated. A bit further, maybe 1/2 inch deeper than flush.
