Connectors in question

Hi, I am working on swapping '80 sc engine into '73 and little confused on a couple of connectors. I appreciate it if anybody help me to identify them.

1. small two connector (white plastic with one red and one br/red wire) nearby the six CD plug and three vol reg connector. It seems something to do with speed limiter? Is it?

2. another one which has ye/bk and two br wires. My guess is it's for Heater Ventilator. Is it?

3. What is this sender for? It has bl/ye wire.

Thank you very much for your help in advance.

Wink

#2 looks like it goes to engine mounted blower, which should be elimated, IMO, and early heating system used. Do you have wireing diagram ??

Thats the correct color code`s and plug end for the aux fan motor mounted on the motor. If you dont have the fan just tuck the wire away.

Thanks RoninLB. I have already early heat exch. and muffler on, so I think #2 can be eliminated.

I looked at '77, '78, '80 sup. for ox sensor, '81 wiring diagram. I figured out 14 pin connector(and relocating few wires), vol regulator , six pin connector for emission control so on. However, I am not sure of these three items. Whether I use it or not, I'd like to know what they are. (I'd like to know what I'm doing as much as possible.)

Thank you for your help.

Cool

On picture #1 the br/red wire, the only thing I see in SC area of P-Workshop Manual is a br/red from B terminal on ign. coil to CD unit [6 pin] There is a br/bk wire from air flow sensor that is plugged into connector some where which turns to br/re before it goes to #85 of fuel pump relay.

The oil temp sender is located right next of the fun, close to the center of the engine. The oil temp sender is the same as '73; I can see them at the same location for the both engines. This #3 item is right side of engine???

Regards
