Sweaty Oil Lines
Always since I installed the front oil cooler the oil lines have been sweating oil. There is actually no oil leak, but i wonder if this is normal.
Is there anyway to solve this, or is it a problem with this kind of fittings? thanks

If the lines themselves are "sweating" they are in failure mode. Clean them well and check after a short period. In the aircraft world all flexible lines have a life limit, usually 5 years. I installed my Turbotrol oil cooler, the flexible lines were obviously old and from just handling them, after installing, they were sweating/leaking quite a bit. The good news is your lines are rebuilldable without any drama at all, Aircraft Spruce sells braided steel line, pick your flavor and size and make a new set, or go to your local hydraulic hose shop, about 1/2 hour and 30.00 or so bucks later you will be on your way home, ready to install. Do not delay, if they are failing your time is limited before total failure.

Sweating? That's a leak, just a small one that doesn't hit the ground. I would monitor it. It shouldn't go from slightly leaking to busted hose, so just fix it when it starts to hit the ground.
