Disconnected Hose

I was searching for an oil leak after an autocross and found this disconnected hose.
Can anyone tell me what it is for, and where it comes from and goes?
Car is an 81 911SC.

Bet it goes to the side of the airbox (that may be a "no duh" statement)

I believe that the other end of the hose goes into your carbon canister behind your oil filler - back on the wall. Not absolutely sure.
