Why a 4 barrell, shurely six plug leads and inlet tracts?

Did anyone wonder why two different inlet systems are shown, are they in fact the same engine.

No reason a 4-barrel wouldn't work, they work just fine on V-8's. As for the two carb/intake systems, the seller says he is selling both with the engine. Actually it is an interesting concept. Did anyone also notice that he appears to have swapped a GM electronic ignition distributor for the stock 911 dist.?

I also noticed the GM HEI distributor with the cap mounted coil...not bad, if you're tired of CDI.

Might make a good tech article on how he was able to adapt it.
