911 A/C Console Facia Panel Plate

I'm looking for the facia panel/plate with the silk screen script. I ordered one several years ago from PP (911 552 269 00) and it came with no script. At least I think that is what I ordered at the time? I need one W/O the fader switch hole.

Does anyone know which year and or who would have one. I tried Parts Haven with no luck? Any help will be appreciated. I have a set of Griffith's knobs for his variable evap fan switch so I would like the matching facia panel/plate.

Thanks,

Thanks,

Mitch,

Not sure what you mean "W/O the fader hole"

But I have this one.

Mitch,

I think I know what you're referring to. The fader hole was there for some, such as my 84, which had that as a stereo option. I think your best option is to search eBay and possibly other dismantlers such as Oaklahoma Foreign, 57th Street, maybe Einmalig or Easy, etc. But be very careful, and you have to be really clear about what you want or they will sell you the wrong part.

I thought that the fader control on the 3.2's was always located between the
Hazard switch and the Rear window/mirrors defogger controls.

And not relevant to the A/C controls.

Upon replacing the factory radio, I replaced the facia plate
with one without the fader hole, and use the radio controls to balance/fade.

Gerry

A/C Facia Panel...

Gerry, thanks for your reply... Your original post with the facia panel is exactly what I'm looking for, except I don't want the hole. I want a panel exactly like the pix in your second post...

Once I have the panel then I will install the A/C compressor cycle light and a security LED alarm light between the 2 knobs.

Mitch,

Not sure what you mean "W/O the fader hole"

Gerry: The fader switch on my "84" was located between the A/C knobs (actually it's a wheel) balances/changes the sound from the front to the back stereo speakers.

Mitch,

Now that understand your needs, I'll look in the garage.
I think I have one.

Cheers,

Gerry

A/C Facia.

Mitch,

Here is what I found.

As you can see there is a small blemish near the one o'clock position.

If you want the part, email me with your address and I'll send it off to you.

Your request is very timely, as I'm about to donate a bunch of spare parts to the recycle bin.

Cheers,

Gerry
